The reason for that scale isn’t a sales tactic. David serves as a Prayer Pastor at Reality SF Church alongside running M-Powered and building Prequire.ai. That bivocational reality forces clarity: we say yes only to builds where we can deliver senior work without compromise, and we say no — clearly and quickly — to engagements that don’t fit. Operators who book with us get David’s actual attention, not a junior account manager.
Our edge is that we build for ourselves first. Prequire.ai started as an internal tool for our own AEO work. The GoHighLevel MCP server we built and open-sourced runs our own GHL operations every day. The patterns we recommend are patterns we’ve already shipped on our own systems.
How we deliver — AI-native, human-architected
Most agencies bill by the hour and staff up junior teams to do the work. We do the opposite. David architects every build personally. Claude AI handles implementation — schema generation, content rewriting, accessibility audits, code. David reviews every output, makes every quality decision, and owns the result.
This model lets us deliver senior consulting work at AI-native speed and cost. A rebuild that would take a traditional agency three to six months and $40K to $80K, we can ship in three to six weeks for a fraction of that. The trade-off is volume — David can only architect so many projects at once, which is why we cap intake.

If you want a vendor to take marketing off your plate so you never have to look at it, we’re a bad fit. If you want a long-term agency relationship with monthly retainers, we don’t offer that. We’d rather refer you somewhere that fits.
About David McKinney
David has been in online marketing since 1998. He started by importing and selling nutritional supplements on a Dreamweaver-built site with a merchant account from First Bank of Beverly Hills. He’s been shipping web businesses ever since.
Today he runs M-Powered Marketing Solutions and builds Prequire.ai full-time, alongside other AI ventures. He published the open-source GoHighLevel MCP server and writes about AEO, AI-augmented marketing, and the practical realities of small-shop consulting.
David also serves as a Prayer Pastor at Reality SF Church and is completing a two-year Spiritual Direction program. He lives in San Francisco with his wife Malia. They have five adult children and fourteen grandchildren between them.
How we work
Most engagements start with the build application form. The form takes about five minutes and helps us figure out together whether M-Powered is the right path for you, or whether you’d be better served by Prequire (DIY) or AccessiBe (overlay).
If we’re a fit, we book a 30-minute scoping call. If we’re not, we’ll tell you and point you somewhere better. We don’t run discovery calls as sales pretexts.
