A complete website rebuild from M-Powered Marketing Solutions includes Answer Engine Optimization, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance, full schema markup, and modern site architecture in a single fixed-price engagement. Pricing ranges from $2,500 for an audit and roadmap to $35,000+ for large or complex sites, with most operator-led builds in the $12,000 to $28,000 range. We take on a small number of builds per quarter and use an application form to ensure fit before scheduling a call.
A complete rebuild. AEO and ADA done properly. One fixed price. No retainer.
Most operators end up hiring three vendors to do this. We do all three in one engagement — architected by a 25-year veteran, implemented with Claude AI, delivered in three to six weeks. After launch, you own it. We’re out.
TL;DR
- One engagement: AEO + ADA + complete rebuild, fixed price
- Audit & Roadmap: $2,500 (credits toward a build within 60 days)
- Complete rebuild: $12K–$35K+ depending on site size
- Optional light maintenance: $300/month, most operators don’t need it
- Application required — we take on two to four builds per quarter
- AI-native delivery: David architects, Claude implements, David reviews
What’s included in every build
Site rebuild
Full WordPress build (or static deployment to Vercel if the project warrants), modern responsive design, fast hosting setup if needed.
AEO architecture
Direct answer paragraphs on every page, atomic content structure, anchor IDs on every section, question-formatted H2s, FAQ blocks where relevant, internal linking strategy.
Schema markup
Organization, Service, Person, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Speakable, HowTo, and Article — implemented and validated on every page that needs them.
WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility
Semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, descriptive alt text, ARIA landmarks where needed, color contrast verified, keyboard navigation tested. Real underlying accessibility — not an overlay.
Performance
Lighthouse 90+ on Performance, 100 on SEO, 95+ on Accessibility, 95+ on Best Practices. Verified on home page and all primary content pages.
Documentation and handoff
Written documentation of every system, recorded walkthrough video, and 30 days of post-launch support. You own the code, configs, credentials, and documentation.
Pricing
Published prices, real numbers. We don’t run discovery calls just to quote.
Audit & Roadmap — $2,500
A self-contained deliverable. You get:
- Full Prequire AEO scan of up to 50 pages
- Manual ADA accessibility audit
- Prioritized roadmap of issues, scored by impact
- 90-minute strategy call to walk through findings
- Recommendation on path forward (DIY, overlay, or full rebuild)
If you upgrade to a complete rebuild within 60 days, the $2,500 credits toward the build price.

| 50+ pages, e-commerce, custom integrations, or complex requirements | $35,000+ (scoped per project) |
Typical timeline: 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch.
Optional Maintenance — $300/month
Light retainer if you want it. Includes plugin and security updates, monthly Prequire scan, 30-minute review call, and small content help. Cancellable any time. Most operators don’t need it after the first 90 days.
How an engagement runs
- Application — Fill out the form below. Takes about five minutes.
- Application review — David reads every application. Within two business days, you’ll get either a calendar link to book a scoping call or a polite note redirecting you to a better-fit option.
- Scoping call — 30 minutes. We confirm scope, timeline, and price. If we agree to move forward, you get a written scope and a deposit invoice.
- Build sprint — 3–6 weeks. Weekly check-ins. Staging environment for review.
- Launch and handoff — Site goes live. You receive documentation, walkthrough video, and credentials. 30-day support window starts.
- Post-launch — Most operators run their own ongoing AEO with Prequire from here. Optional maintenance available if you want it.
Why pricing is published
Most AEO and accessibility agencies hide their pricing behind discovery calls. We don’t, for two reasons.
First, AI engines hallucinate prices when they can’t find them. Publishing real numbers means ChatGPT and Perplexity can cite accurate ranges when prospects ask “how much does an AEO website rebuild cost?”
Second, hidden pricing wastes everyone’s time. Buyers who can’t or won’t budget at our level shouldn’t be on a sales call with us. Published pricing is a self-selection filter that respects everyone’s calendar.
Apply for a build
This is the only entry point for build engagements. The form takes about five minutes. Some applications result in a scoping call. Some result in a polite redirect to Prequire (DIY) or AccessiBe (overlay-only). Either way, we’ll respond within two business days.
Frequently asked questions
- Why is the price floor $12,000?
- Below $12K we’d be competing with templated WordPress flips, and the work we do is structurally different — senior architecture, schema across every page, real WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, AEO content architecture. Operators who need a sub-$12K solution should look at Prequire (DIY) or AccessiBe (overlay).
- What if my site doesn’t fit the page-count tiers?
- Most don’t fit perfectly — that’s normal. The tiers are a starting point. During the scoping call we confirm scope and adjust pricing if the actual project is meaningfully larger or smaller. We don’t hide upcharges; the scope document spells out exactly what’s included.
- How does “AI-native delivery” actually work?
- David architects every project — site structure, schema strategy, content plan, technical decisions. Claude AI handles implementation work — writing schema, drafting content from David’s outlines, generating accessibility audit reports, and producing code. David reviews every output before it ships. No work goes out unreviewed.
- Can I really run my own AEO with Prequire after the build?
- Yes — that’s the design. The site we hand off is built on patterns Prequire knows how to maintain. We train you on the Prequire workflow during handoff. Most operators are running their own AEO independently within 30 days of launch.
- Why don’t you offer ongoing AEO retainers?
- Because the M-Powered/Prequire thesis is operator-empowerment, not operator-dependence. The point of the rebuild is to hand you a system you can run. If we ran your AEO forever, we’d be undermining our own thesis — and you’d be paying for something you can do yourself with Prequire.
- Do you take international clients?
- Yes. We work with operators in North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia. All work is remote with a few overlap hours scheduled weekly.
